	<p>Due to the resignation of Dean Nasby it was proposed by Greig Inglis and seconded by Kevin Haner that Tony Brooker becomes interim President.  The vote passed.  
	<p>Much discussion over club roles and future conduct.  Please see notice for Goals and Aims.  Meeting adjourned.

	<p align="center"><b>Goals and Aims</b>
	<ol type="1">
		<li>Clubhouse to be completed by Christmas 2004 (excluding showers).<br>&nbsp;</li>
		<li>Grimsby Gentleman to become incorporated  in order to have access to fund raising (such as bingo’s).<br>&nbsp;</li>
		<li>Monthly club meeting to be held and minutes to be taken and publicly posted for all to review.  All meeting votes will be subject to a parliamentary procedure.<br>&nbsp;</li>
		<li>AGM to be held in the first week of December 2004.<br>&nbsp;</li>
		<li>Club to be put on sound financial footing and new ways of fund raising to be explored.<br>&nbsp;</li>
		<li>Expansion of playing members and start of a junior development program.<br>&nbsp;</li>
		<li>Ways and Means Committee to review new club charter etc.<br>&nbsp;</li>
	</ol>
