  1. Tony first gave a long winded speech about something or other…with some sort of reference to back when he was a kid... Joking aside Tony provided an update of the process on the clubhouse project and his current status as President. As discussed earlier in the season we will nominate a new President and vote upon our new Executive Committee at our 2004 AGM.
     
    Tony has also suggested we incorporate the club to qualify ourselves for "non profit" donations. I will be in contact with a gentleman who will walk us through the process of application.
     
  2. The TEAM CHRISTMAS PARTY will once again be held Saturday December 18 at Fanatics. Frank will be in contact with our sponsor to negotiate the price per couple and menu offering.
     
  3. The TEAM AGM will be held Friday December 3 at 7pm at The Gables. This years meeting will be more organized and if you are interested in providing any input into this years meeting, you are required to provide the details of your issues, suggestions etc to me by Nov 27. I plan to put everything into a PowerPoint presentation to keep this meeting as organized and as detailed as possible. We will be voting on our new Exec Committee and are asking for those interested to contact me prior to the meeting. Nominations are open so please forward me (by email or by phone 905-945-1503). The following positions are to be filled during this meeting.


     

  4. We've been extremely lucky with the weather lately so we have decided to continue with Touch Rugby starting Nov 27(12pm or noon for you meat heads).
