We are a small but mighty rugby club with one senior mens team and ones senior womens team in the Niagara Rugby Union with flag rugby for children under 13 years of age. We are always on the look out for new members, to play, to help, and to become social members of the club. We train in the warmer months on Tuesdays and Thursdays – come out for a run.
