We have one senior mens team and one senior womens team in the Niagara Rugby Union. We are looking for players of all ages and experience. Senior practices are Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 6:30pm located at our clubhouse and rugby dedicated field at Alway Hall, 494 Ridge Road West, Grimsby Ontario. Our Flag rugby program is for kids under 15, is associated with Niagara Flag Rugby. Practices are on Monday nights at 6:30 at Alway Hall and games are tournament style on six Saturday mornings around the Niagara Region. The cost for a shirt, coaching, and insurance is $95.
